Our National Response Service is a phone-based welfare service available to:
- Tri-Service Serving Personnel, Reservists, and Veterans and their families and carers
- The Merchant Navy
- NHS staff supporting Armed Forces Community patients (serving, reservists, veterans and their families)
- Police
What we can help with
DMWS can support you with welfare, wellbeing, and social care needs via phone. This includes:
- Emotional and practical support while you or a loved one is on a health care pathway, receiving treatment in hospital, community based health care or at home.
- Support for social isolation and loneliness
- Help to find solutions to welfare concerns
- Supported referrals to other organisations that can help you
