Your feedback helps us put things right and improve the services we provide to the Armed Forces, veterans, Emergency Services, their families, and our wider partner community.
You can use this form to tell us about:
- A concern or issue with the service you received
- The behaviour or actions of a DMWS staff member
- A problem with one of our projects, processes, or communications
- Anything else that left you feeling dissatisfied with your experience
We take every complaint seriously. Once you submit your form:
- We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days.
- A member of our team will review the information you have provided.
- In all instances, the matters raised in complaints will be investigated in full , and a final response sent within four weeks.
All information you share will be treated confidentially, and used only for investigating and responding to your complaint.
