DMWS are grateful to have been awarded one-year grant from The Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust to support serving partners in Hereford and Salisbury.

Being a spouse or partner of serving personnel can be challenging for a variety of reasons. DMWS will provide independent, person-centred support to military partners in Hereford and Salisbury to support their mental and physical health and wellbeing

This grant has been awarded under the AFCFT’s Supporting Serving Partners grant programme.

Abby Dryden, CEO, says “We are incredibly grateful for the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust’s support. This funding will enable DMWS to deliver services supporting better health outcomes for serving partners and make sure they feel heard. We are proud to be able to offer this service and to be there for members of the Armed Forces Community when they need us”

DMWS are proud to be able to support serving partners and are grateful to The Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust for making this possible.

Need support?

Sometimes things can get on top of you, and it feels like nobody can help. In the military you’re trained to push on, but you don’t need to struggle alone.

If you have worries about health, money and cost of living worries, housing, family, substance misuse, or just need someone to talk to, call DMWS’s helpline for free on 0800 999 3697.

Our support is available for tri-service serving personnel, reservists, veterans, and family members/carers.
